I am so very angry with the incosistency and incorrect informationation ione gets from MTN consultants
My contract ended in the May for a 9800 but MTN has been debiting me for Promo fees that they were not supposed to. I logged a case on the 22nd of July and was advised that I must wait for 10 business working day before my money is returned to my account.
Even uptill now, I have not received any response. What's wrong with MTN not keeping to their turnaround time of 10 working days.
This is unacceptable. I need this sorted out immediately
