On March7 this year I told Autopage not to renew my cellphone contract was I will be obtaining a new contract elsewhere.
And as of today, the account has still not been cancelled despite a repeated email instruction in May this year.
It seems to be a strategy of Autopage to increase their earnings by neglecting to terminate expired contracts when instructed to do so then charging clients for monthly costs when they do not use the airtime.
And of course, if you complain or state that the contract was terminated previously, they simply list you on ITC/Transunion to try to force you to pay the unwarranted amounts!!!
