The MTN Blackberry BIS service has been changed without me being notified. Internet charges that were previously allowed in July are now not covered and exorbitant charges being levied. I received a courtesy call from an agent to notify me of the large balance on the account only to be told that I can't get a detailed statement to show what the charges are made up of unless I pay a fee.
I feel this is unethical practice as we were not notified of the change in the service and would never have run up a bill if we had been notified. I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service received and the blatant ' the customer' attitude used by Autopage.
