I did not pay my account on the 1st, on the 7th I can not use my data stick because it is on soft block. I did not even see the smsses on the stick because I did not use the data. Couldnt you just pick up the phone and call me??? Maybe there was a reason I did not pay??? Maybe I was busy with funeral etc for the week?? When I sal this 6pm and call the number you gave me, it is after hours. You do a service for vodacom and they are available 24 hours. I will never renew my contract with you. It is not that my account is thousands of rands. You give celphone networks a bad name!!
