I opened a two contracts with nashua mobile in 2011. one phoned was recieved, where as the other contract i cancelled the second phone. i then came to find out that i have been paying for both phones as from the start of the contract. when i consulted about the problem i was told that they cant pick up the second contract on the system. even after consulting with the call centre i was told that i was told i would be refunded, but till this date i have recieved no further feedback and my contract has already been completed. i have payed R9000 for a contract that i have no benefit from
