Personal Hotspot on "the new iPad" not available!

SO MANY COMPLAINTS about the same thing, I have now confirmed that personal hotspot is working on all SA carriers EXCEPT Vodacom!!! My old faithful Vodacom has let me & many many other users down. Come on Vodacom you spend trillions on advertising but you cannot give your clients functionality that is available all over the world. Please have the common courtesy and give us an indication on when this will be available.
