It's been almost a week and I have not received any positive feedback bar the generic "apology and we're working on the matter" response. I can assure you that I will seek legal advise if the incorrect amount is debited from my account again this month. I work on a very strict budget and when MTN incorrectly debits my account with a high amount, it really does inconvenience me. Especially since MTN does not refund but merely credits your contract account.
