Our first run-in with Penguin Pools was in October 2012 with a solar blanket that we bought. It took us how many phone calls and effort to get it sorted out. Now we have the same bad service a second time! We bought a Onyx pool in June 2008 and the fibre glass is brittle and starting to break. I send the claim form to Nicole who was working with the claims on 09/01/2013. When I followed up after she returned from leave she said she is busy working though her mails and will process the claim. I followed up again on 22/01/2013 and she "overlooked" our claim and would again give urgent attention to it. I followed up today again and Nicole has left service, and yet again our claim has not been handed over and I must re-send it. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!! Today is 04/02/2013 and we require priority feedback and attention to this.
