MTN is either unwilling or unable to do a simswap for me, I have already paid for the simswap on the 4th of August, and they said I will take 2-24 hours, after 24 hours I phoned them and asked why my new sim is not yet active, and the call center person mumbled something about a request that has not been sent through, but it should by active by 14:00 on the 5th of August, it is now another 24 later and still nothing. I am very disappointed.
