Sick of useless excuses

My contract with cell c went into arrears due to unforeseen circumstances, I called them and explained the reasons and made arrangements with them. On the 29th of July I recieved a call from Nthabiseng regarding my contract and we both agreed that payment will be made on the 2nd aug, Payment was made but my number is app deleted of their system, SHE called me yest and said that she did advise me my number will be deleted, WHICH CLEARLY SHE DID NOT SAY, she said handed over to pre-legal dept, How does the word handed over and deleted mean the same thing. only knows, anyway she says she will log a query and keep my number for me and will contact me asap, up till now no contact, I will like cellc to sort this out as I am sick and tired on sitting and waiting on hold for 20 plus minutes at a time. As a consumer I have a right to receive what I have paid for without any lame excuses. Susan Pillay 084 0477837
