Overcharged by R4000 and no one will assist

Being with the new contract just under a year where my account averaged R550 per month. I was shocked to see R2600 going off my debit order in June, when I wasn't doing anything differently. I queried the amount and Vodacom said they would do an audit. It looked like I was over charged on the standard rates for data, which amounted to R2000, how does that happen all of a sudden? While waiting for them to get back to me on Junes account which they said they would reimburse me for I followed up on July's account which was already sitting on R1800 and I hadn't even used up my free data or minutes (it was only the 1st July). Due to them cancelling my debit order without my knowledge I get a few sms's to say that if I don't pay the outstanding amount they will cut off my services. All of a sudden my account is now back to R550 for August and still nothing I do on my phone has changed. Vodacom is very quick to cut off my services if I don't pay an amount that should not have been charged, but let them have to pay me back, nothing gets done. Besides this issue of being over charged by R4000, their staff I dealt with in accounts were very rude. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
