My phone was suspended due to extra charges added that I was not aware of - R112.51. I paid my bill last month without knowing about this outstanding amount.
Today I get an sms saying that the amount is outstanding and that I must pay it or my service will be suspended.
I immediately make the payment via EFT - and then still get suspended. I phone the call centre and Tshepiso says it happens automatically - but she will re-activate - I must wait 15 minutes - well, 2 hours later I'm still suspended!!! 1
Why can you not send the alert earlier and at least give me time to resolve the payment before suspending - this is totally unacceptable service from a 'Service Provider' .. Maybe it is time to look for a real service provider?
