Dear Adrian.
Whilst i am waiting for Telkom to fix my slow internet, i thought i would say thank you for your good service you provided me on the 16th of January, 2013. You are the only good and smart rep, beside the person i spoke to just before you, at the whole of Cybersmart.
If your company wishes to recruit better people, start by getting people who can actualy speak english as a first or second languages. Some talented cybersmart reps can speak up to 4 languages! As talented as this is, it is sometimes hard to understand there english, and we both end up waisting each overs time. Today i phoned cybersmart to escilate my ticket with telkom, and the guy said he cant prioritise the ticket, so i got angry. He said ok sir be right back... when he got back he said "ok sir your ticket now has priority" Im like, "dude you just said... Nevermind" I did appolagise for getting angry at him.
All that being said, Adrian is THE ONLY person at cybersmart who hasent taken me for a ride. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting things to change. That is how i feel with the other cybersmart techies. Let me reset your port sir..
Please train them like Adrian
