I have a cell phone on contract with MTN. I receive numerous calls from people I don't know, who later ask me to turn my phone off so that they can reach someone they know who has the same number as I do. The calls are at inconvenient times and if my number is the same or the lines are crossed it is unpleasant to be disturbed time and again with the same issue and nothing has been done after I have complained about the problem.
