Billing me incorrectly on my phone contract

They have been over charging me since I took out the contract with them in November 2012. I have tried several times to get them to correct by phoning, emailing and even going to the store. They keep telling me they will get back to me. They never respond or update me. All the lady did was tell me that when they were doing the contract, it was captured wrongly and they rectify it. But they keep on debiting the same amount from my account every month. Its been eight months since I raised the query and I have been waiting and waiting for MTN to reimburse me for the months they overcharged me.
