I am sick of the excuses and deadlines that keep getting pushed back - I have been without a voiceline for over 3 months now! and today I have no internet - I use this line for business!
what the are you doing Telkom? Nothing but empty promises and countless transfers from department to department. I am no closer to having this resolved. This has cost my business thousands, not to mention the wasted hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.
No one seems to have any idea whats going. Telkom is single handedly the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in South Africa.
What do I have to do to get you guys to do your job?
