Cell C
WRONG FUL DEDUCTION

I bought Blackberry Z10 cellphone from Cell C Kolonnade. I was to pay R349 on the 15th of every month. From then onwards R786 was debited from my account every month.
Upon investigation, I realized that a Pedro, who is a manager at that store, has a Z10 phone which is registered in his name but deducts from my account. I tried to rectify this with the store but nothing helped.
On the 24th May R1042 was deducted by Cell C in my account. No one is prepared to help. I was referred to Riaan who never contacts me except when I contact him.
On the 15th July I took all the money out of the account. So they got nothing. They attempted twice on the 15th, 19th and 24th. Ultimately they got it on the 26th. Really this is costing me more on bank charges.
I wish to cancel the deal and be refunded.
