My ADSL line has been down for going on 3 weeks now. After numerous phone calls, logging the fault and even sending escallation emails numerous times I am now resorting to Hello Peter. Not that I expect it to help as 90% of reports on here against Telkom are bad and nothing has changed!! Well done Telkom you have reached a new level of incompetence. How much longer must I wait for you to come and fix my ADSL line??? Please get a grip!!
