Bad Signal or server too busy

I got the 8ta pre paid 120 gb bundle. All was fine 2-3 months after purchase. I then was unable to play certain games. It got worse up to the point where sites would load!!! I can't catch my router with bad signal, everytime I look it is close to full so my assumption is their towers are over loaded. The tower is a block and half from my house. My friend wanted to get 8ta but I advised them not to. I NEED SERVICE I PAID FOR THIS TELKOM!

I stay in 19th Ave in Rietfontein. FIX IT!
