I attempted an application with them which requires a TV license, I did enquire at to whether it would be possible to find out if AI qualify and they refused. I was forced to buy a TV license after which the application was rejected which resulted in me wasting R250. The money is gone, fine but I don't appreciate not being made aware before hand that this was not just a formality. Secondly I HAVE NO CREDIT HISTORY, so how did my score come to just under the required rate?!?!
