My previous complaint refers
I complained about 3 G Service and Cell C replied to my complaint at the speed of lightning saying that they will be mailing me a document I need to complete. I received this document, completed it, returned it and to date have not heard 1 word from them. I've sent 4 follow-up emails and they don't even acknowledge my email.
Seems like they only reply to Hello Peter complaints so it looks like they are handling complaints effectively. They will probably reply to this complaint again but do nothing about it. Brilliant customer service. You can take money but don't provide a service. BRILLIANT!!! As far as I know if you cant provide a service it is breach of contract. I will be contacting the ombudsman and consult with my lawyer unless I get a response and action within 24 hours.
