OMBUDSMAN WILL BE MY LAST ANSWER I GUESS

Called in this morning to be refunded on R115 on my account which was wrongfully debited and bank charges chowing me now. Guess what the call centre lady does after explaining what went wrong. Laugh yes Laughs and asks me to stay on the line. After asking her manager she advises I must go out of my way for Vodacom stupid mistakes to fax my bank statements... Then I ask what will happen after that Guess the answer... You have to follow up... Whats happening OMW Curwen is still busy dealing with a hello peter complaint of mine of a month ago. One thing is for sure Vodacom makes the big bucks but they completely fail to give service... If I was the CEO I would dismiss all employees and employee people who can actually offer client service and who wants to sit in those chairs. Unemployment is very high and there's people out there who can do it much better... U are EATING MY MONEY VODACOM and irritating me like never before Its a month later my vodacom account is still not sorted after I settled my bill. Maybe I should get myself a legal representative since a contract was activated without my signature through a staff member and maybe also consult the OMBUDSMAN???
