Earlier this year Telkom offered me a 25% discount when I was complaining about the service.
I was not told that I was entering into a 12 month contract.
Now I want to migrate my adsl to MWEB as I cannot get proper service from telkom.
Telkom tell mweb they cannnot migrate the line due to the 12 month contract.
Please can telkom show me or send the voice recording where i agreed to a 12 month contract?
I have called 10210 & the nice people that answer promise to escalate & that i will be called.
I have never been called by anyone
Please help!
