This is a follow up complaint that I posted on hellopeter on the 22nd of May. This is the latest email I sent (this morning) and situation at this moment with the company.
I do regret subscribing to jacklin services as there is NO SERVICE!
I was contacted by Louis Barnard via telephone last week and tried to sort out my COMPLAINTS that I do have with the company. She said that she will get back to me later on Monday or either Tuesday depending what stock the warehouse have.
Till now, a week later I still haven't been contacted OR received any issues for probably close to the last 3 months. Still debit orders are being taken out of my account monthly without any issues received by me via the post.
PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
I really do hope you can solve this problem otherwise I will be left no choice than to unsubscribe.

I really do hope that this will be sorted out as soon as possible. They do have all my contact details. It's really a pity that the company is not performing at all.
