We have cancel our contract in 2011
Till to 8/06/2013 we received an sms to say handover of cell c acc for dedt collection in almost 2 year we did not receive an statement or letter to confirm . we try to find I for what still wait that some one must phoned back for call centre
we phoned on 10/06/2013 16.33 . we phone the debt collection that say we must wait for the week to past for settle amount. The lawyers phone us on he 5/07/2013 with an bigger amount I ask for document that the amount is final and bank details did not get respons back till today 26/07/2013 they phone again still wait for documents this time bigger amount.
Please let me know what can I do not paying any thing for there bad service
