No call limmit settings

I'm a new customer at MTN and I terribly disappointed in their service. I came over from Vodacom because MTN had a better deal on the Galaxy S4. At Vodacom I had the option to put a limit on my account so that I cannot get surprises at the end of the month and if work perfect for me. Well MTN does not have this service and my account is so high every month. My Vodacom account was always under R400 but I being billed a whopping R1036 this month. I try to get statements from the internet with no luck. I don't have any idea where the money is going and what's happening on my account. I took the simcard out now as I'm to scare to make use of the MTN service.
