Good day, let me hope this message gets to the person/peoplewho deal with the issue as the signal with my service provider MTN is so bad it leaves much to be desired. i initially raised the concern with MTN over 4 months ago, and was told that their is a problem with the Roodepoort signal strength, but all my complaints logged to the Coverage desk goes unanswered I have come to the end of my witts end with MTN as I have 2 contracts and without signal my work suffers and the point of having internet at home is tottally defeated. i am thus resoortingto loggin a complaint in hope that the matter can be given the much needed attention it deserves. As MTN has all my billing info I will just give my name and they can use that to get more info regarding resolving the issue.
