WHEN MY CONTRACT STARTED I WAS BILLED TWICE AND COMPLAINED ABOUT IT. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE SORTED. THE OTHER THING IS EVERY TIME I CALLED THEM I TOLD THEM I WANT A LOG ON MY LIMIT WHICH THEY SAID IT HAS BEEN SET... NOW IM TOLD IM OUT OF BUNDLE BY R77... I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY THAT R77 FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I CANT TEACH THEM HOW TO DO THEIR JOB... THAT I WONT.
