I'm very disappointed in cell c, yesterday my mother, Mrs SP Vilakazi received a phone call from Mering and JM lawyers in randburg that she needs to pay them an amount of R512.95 for a contract that was terminated 2 yrs ago, what irritates me the most is that i personally went with my mother to cellc in Carnival mall, she paid for the outstanding amount on the contact and wrote a letter there to cancel the contract, my question is why does it take so many years for cellc to advise us about the outstanding amount, we never received any phone call or even letters to say there was an outstanding amount?
cellc carnival must sort this out asap as I'm not going to leave this and they not going to get any money from Mrs SP Vilakazi, the cancellation letter was handed to them, if they didn't submit it to the relevant department it's not our fault. this needs to be sorted
