Shocking service & when cancelling contract

I wanted2cancel an MTN 3G&cellphone contract and knew that I would be liable for termination fee. I phoned the callcentre 3 times. Every time the amount is calculated manually and every time the amount differs, the 3 amounts ranged by R1000.Surely this cannot be correct?! The callcentre agents could not explain the discrepancy and were not willing to help.
I went to MTN in Woodlands. The service was rude and I was quoted a 4th amount. When I doubted the amount I was told2go to the MTN direct store in Menlyn. I did. The consultant there simply phoned the callcentre. I received an amount that was yet again different. MTN could not supply me with an invoice explaining the amount. The consultant simply typed out numbers on a document and printed them. I queried the numbers-the amount is elevated becauseMTNdoes not deduct discounts when cancelling a contract. So for my phone contract (it is a BB and thus data should be included in my BIS fee) MTN charges me for the data which should be free! Apparently there is no way to discount this amount. I paid the last amount I was quoted which I don't know is correct. I do know that I overpaid by R87.98 cause MTN could not award me the discount I am entitled to.
