I have been struggling with Nashua since October 2012. I was up for an upgrade and i told them no thank you, because i have been having issues with them. Every single month i would get calls stating i need to upgarde and I've been telling them, no i've cancelled my contract with you. I would still get calls saying i owe them and then i would pay and speak to different consultants and every one of them saying no i have not cancelled. Until the point where i spoke to a very nice guy called Robert who helped me and cancelled everything and told me i do not need to worry. I settled my account for R 700 and something and i was glad i was done with them. Today i get a call from a different consultant stating that I'm 2 months in arrears. Now how can i be owing them if i am no longer using their services. I have tried to talk to them follow their procedures but still. Can you please help me.
