My Vodacom and internet accounts are billed as one and is deducted from my bank account. For the last two years it was always in the range of R500 - R700 per month, since I do not use Internet that often. I open my e-mails once or twice a week, never play games, am not on facebook and hardly ever watch you-tube. Suddenly, 3 months ago they deducted over a R1000, 2 months ago, it was R1700! (I did go to the branch office to complain, they said everything that could use up gigs, were off, So I still didn't know what was wrong. I was so careful, almost to frightened to turn the computer on! Then the biggest shock came last month: R4000. At the branch they said it was mainly because of you-tube videos; which I am too afraid to watch. I immediately changed my contract to a Top-up 1 Gig, but I definately know that I did not use up R4000 of data. Nobody at Vodacom seem to alarmed at my situation, even though I went there more than once and wrote them an e-mail.
