MTN airtime disappeared & BIS not working

It all started when I wanted to log onto the facebook mobile site with my browser but when it was loading it redirected me to an MTN page that says "the service you are trying to access is not supported on your current BlackBerry service plan I then dialled *141*1# and it says I have UNCAPPED BIS which is how its suppose to be as my phone is on contract and that was the terms and conditions. I then checked my airtime balance and from R125 I am now on R0.19 without making any calls!! I then dialled 173 for customer care but when I press option 9 to speak to an operator it says "you have reached the voicemail light service of 0730005932" what is going on?!?!?
