Lack of notification!!!

Vodacom failed to notify me for a second time when my data is low (useally when there is about 3mb left).which means i use up all my airtime.it does not seem like much but how many times must this happen.if they respond they will say like something it is a glitch in the system.now i lose airtime because the cant send a simple sms.
