I paid the necessary amount to end my contract supposedly 4 months early, I was willing to sacrifice a substantial amount of accrued airtime just to get as far away as possible from this incredibly useless company, Colin Swartz, who has a manager title, could not perform the simple task of ensuring that I am converted to prepaid with a 4 day heads up. Typically it was not done. Thankfully there is ONE employee there, Bheki Nthuli who is competent and managed to get my cancellation processed. I really hope one of the other cellphone companies take note of him and offer him a job elsewhere. He deserves better than Autopage.
