They not doing their jo

I was sequestrated and gave them up as the company i had was closed down. my cell phone account was with them for the business when it closed i couldnt afford the contract and gave up the account when i seuestrated myself.
now i am rehabilitated 2 years later & they claim I still owe them the money after the courts handled the matter and they didnt put any claims in againts my curator and to the court 2 years ago... cos they slepts back then they trying to take a fat chance to get the money out of me now.
not only are they not allowed to cos of their incometence i still get bad reflection on my new itc record cos they refuse to listen when i call the legal department. that is if i get hold of them.
i refuse to pay the amount as it was settled in my sequestration and have paid my dues.
i want them to cut their losses and remove the owed amount of my name as they are legally suppose to do.
why does companies hire useless people then wana harras you when they dont do their work properly.
i want Cell C legal to get hold of me asap.
