I closed an account 1-2 years ago. They charged me 250 for it and forgot about it. Afew days ago I called wanting to query if this account has been closed and they tell me I owe almost 5000. I thought this was very unfair but I paid it off yesterday. I call again today and they tell me account is still not closed! And will continue to charge me if I dont come in and close. The whole reason for this mess to start was becaus I wanted to close the account and I did go into a branch! I work monday to sat and paid you guys off with my hard worked money now you want me to take a day off, thar you will not pay me for! To close the account! U offer everything online and telephonically but cant close an account?!?! Get ur stuff sorted and just try to charge me. I will sue u all!
