Since november 2012 our exchange has been a bit wonky .. something happened and some of the equipment is broken i have had a technician tell me this and that is why my internet wasn't 100% stable but since then its gotten worse and worse and worse .. for the past month i have been unable to use the internet for my intended needs which is gaming .. with latencies of over 500ms and sometimes even 2000ms its impossible to use this service .. telkom is all about helping me with their social media and what ever but i have in total over the last month had to phone in 6 times to get this sorted but guess what .. everytime you call someone is "sent out" i never see them and then the problem is reported as fixed but nothing happens .. nothing is fixed. SO HOW DO I GET THEM TO FIX IT? i have complained on telkom's twitter and facebook pages and now here .. nothing is being done to fix this problem!!! telkom is incompetent
