I took a cellphone contract with jabba April and we agree that they will deduct their money every month ends, to my supris this month their deducted twice on my account and i tried to call their custormer number 0861332244 and in spent 71rand on airtime trying to get through. And i called their direct line and they told me about a system that every week go to your account and if the is money it will deduct despite the fact that you agreed that they will deduct monthly. And when i raised the issue with them a consulted by the name of Thembi said i was rude. I realy regret why i took their contract because they are not co-operative as they should be as a service provider. Now i dont know wheather i will get my money back n not. Im realy dissapointed in their service and the way they handled their custorme. U raise an issue you are told that you are rude.
