RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had sim swap on my cell c number which resulted in R3000 being taken out of my bank account via mobile banking. On the day of the incident, May 9th 2013, I reported it to Cell C. I was assured that the department would have a look into this and report back to me within 5 working days. As a loyal Cell C customer I waited until the end of May. I contacted them once again and had to report my query again. Once again I was assured they will get back to me. This has been happening on each occasion that I called the contact centre. Everyone is very sympathetic, but no one gets my issue resolved! I want to know how they can allow a man to do a sim swap on my account, without my consent, and I am a female. Surely the procedures they follow to do security checks are not very safe for customers account protection. Why is no one getting back to me! I've been waiting on their report to take it further with the SAPS and Capitec bank. Who also, have done nothing to get my issue resolved. Its just a simple sorry, your money is gone! I want some resolution as this service is just ridiculous
