It seems all providers are happy to take your money but no are willing to provide a service

all of a sudden ur peak time runs till 12pm? and they throttle the out of downloads. direct down load is running at 30kb/s on a 2meg line.

my computer has been SWITCHED OFF from 6am - 6 pm for 4 days straight yet when i start my downloads at nite rufly at 7pm.. speeds are even lower than when i was using an 384kb line

from 1july - 16 july ive used 32gigs of internet. now i ask you how is it that a YOUR SO CALLED SYSTEM chooses people that abuse the lines. and how can normal operating count toward abuse? example youtube ect. because take that away and you can half my usage

this hole system is messed up. and the wrong people are paying for others abuse

when one tries to talk to an consultant you get the feeling they make you out to be, when they are the ones who dont read the msgs send to them, give you half answers that they copy and past with out looking at what it is that is being complained about

so afrihost i am asking you now when will you sort out your lack of proper and fair service?

REMEMBER THAT YOUR LACK OF SERVICE IS ALSO CONSIDERED BREACH OF CONTRACT
