Poor response

I recently contacted telkom bcos my. Internet is not working, two days later I hadbto contactthem again bcos it still wasnt sorted, and still today I had to contact them again! Each time I geta different excuse, different promisesthat itll b fixed and that a technician will be out to fix it, a week later I still havent had anyone at my place, now im unable to do my work, send assignments or logon to banking all bcos they have such poor service and response time to any fault! Would not recommwmd telkom to anyone, thwy blady useless. And waste of money! time!
