Mediocre Telephone Network (MTN)

Hi! Wow! where does one start? I have a contract with MTN, infact, I have had many contracts with them for years. The current number that i am using started giving me problems over a year ago. It would just go off and they will say I am not riccared. Then i go to the store, and the last time i went to Eastgate store, they were even loughing saying there is no such, as they can see on the system that i am riccared. they call someone, then my phone is back on. it happened a few times then, and i thought little of it. Last week my phone starts telling me that I am not riccared again, and i call 808, and i was told that, on my account, I am riccared, then they check network and find that i am not, then they will tell me to hold and then say its sorted. I get an sms saying i am successfully riccared. this has been for the last 5days. I have been sent to too many people/departments and no one has been able to solve this. the attitude i have dealt with is enough to have a documentary for BBC. I am the most riccared person, Sunday (twice), Monday (6), today (twice so far). I pay, and MTN give excuses. some of the things i have been told are horrid. I cant not have a working phone! oh! I DO!!
