I sent my S3 for repairs on 14 June 2013 do to a error on the phone. the phone was lost/ in the process with nobody giving a straight answer. and passing the buck.
phone was delivered back to the store on 20June 2013 from MTN head office (according to MTN head office logs)
to date nobody has been able to give a straight answer.
the store manager Chantal Ramsay has also not given feedback.
each time i get told to come back at a later stage.
the phone is now apparently with Mtn insurance? i am not insured by them and have no dealings with them.
phone was requested various times with no results
