Double billed for promo fee and no response
I have been double billed a promo fee for the last 3 months on my account, I called the call centre and logged complaints twice already, I have sent 3 queries via the online portal and nobody is getting back to me. When I called the call centre I was told that they can see the credit has been approved but it hasnt been passed onto my acount as yet. Could someone please sort this out for me.
