Useless service

I have been with mtn for just about 4 years. I lost my job and was with out work for a couple of month so I was put in the legal departmant. I found a new job and paid mtn there money that I owed them. I was switched back mtn and start paying them my monthley payment till my phone was cut of without anyone telling me why so I phoned the legal department and ask them for my statements with all the credit and debits and I found out that I was paying for 2 phones. I thought when you do an upgrade your carry on with the contact but I was told cause I had asked for a different number they charge you for a new contract. Thank you mtn for not telling me in the begging. I also saw a payment I made for R800 was not there on the statement. I was told they could help me with out proof of payment. So I sent it to them and they told me they did not receive it. Helo is a deposit slip from the bank with a stamp to say its been paid into your account. I could actually go on for hours about my bad service. They told me they would sort its out. I phoned the more than 10 times after that sent 3 emails to them. Its been about 4 months now and still nothing is happening.
