After my previous complaint with Cell C a lady called me to tell me to change my iPhone network over to Vodacom and she would call back in the morning to find out how it went. Not only did this not work and I miss so many call but she did not call me back either.
Now that I think about it perhaps she did contact me back but couldn't get hold of me because I am on such a rubbish network!
