After having tried the call centre which did send out a technician I still seem to be having really poor reception I have at least 10 dropped calls a week, Is this fine? Also I was told by the techy that there is nothing I can do except change my settings to Vodacom this is not acceptable as I have chosen a fast cellphone which would not be able to work to its full potential. I was also promised a R250 compensation from Altech Autopage at the beginning of my contract due to them prematurely terminating my previous contract thus leaving my airtime under utilised it is now 7 months without any compensation
