I took my phone in for repair as it had an issue connecting to a computer (factory fault). this is a problem I only picked up later due to the fact that I did not use my phone with a pc till then.
My phone was booked in at the MTN store at Waterfall mall on th 4th of June 2013, its been over a month and I have been struggling with stress trying to locate what is happening, each time I call I keep getting a new excuse and am told to call anorther department, and every week I get told that I will get my phone the following week, which never happened.
Ive been under immense pressure and asked a friend to do the talking for me and she is experiencing the same issue.
I require management to contact me urgently, as this is way too long for one to wait for something that is being paid for, we need to come to a conclusion as soon as possible.
