15 Gig promotion not available on the system

How is it possible to offer a service or a product that isn't on the system??

Well it seems for 8ta it's possible, I applied for the 15gig / 15gig month to month promotion about 3 weeks ago and it seems there is still a problem with this pro I as its nowhere on the 8ta system! This is something that is apparently being corrected, or so I've been told multiple times while waiting for my application to go through.

How does 8ta get this right? Of you know you are offering a promotion then it should be on the system before you start advertising that it's "now available "... So now after I've been told it would take no longer than a day to get my application sorted its been 3 weeks and the worst part is that I need data at home to work and now Taft 8ta has Ben taking their time I'm losing out on clients of my own. As I can't afford to go Uncapped this data deal is the best that I can find but if the service is going to be this bad then I might as well go with someone else
